Return and Refund Policy

1. Refunds

Monetary refunds are not provided for purchases made on the Twisted Willow Art website or in person (such as at an Art Gallery, or Art Show, but further restrictions may apply from these entities.
We encourage users to carefully consider their choices before making a purchase.

2. Exchanges

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchased artwork, we offer an exchange policy.
Exchange requests must be made in writing (via email or other agreed-upon communication channels) within two weeks (14 calendar days) from the date of purchase.
The exchanged artwork or material must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
The exchange is subject to the Artist’s approval.

3. Contact Details

To initiate an exchange, please use the website contact form, or send an email to roberta@twistedwillow.art with the following required information: a full explanation of your request, the original artwork or other material purchased, date of purchase, the date of the request, the original invoice number, and your contact information (name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address). Failure to include this required information will hinder, or cause automatic denial of, your request at the discretion of Twisted Willow Art, the Artist, and/or its agents.

4. Agreement

By purchasing artwork or other material from this website, you agree to this Return and Refund Policy.
You acknowledge that monetary refunds are not available, but you have the option for an exchange as outlined above.
